Ever since I can remember, I've been seeking validation from others, often losing sight of my relationship with myself in the process.

When my marriage ended, it pushed me into a deep journey of self-discovery. This journey led me to Matchmaking and Relationship Coaching, where I noticed that many people, like me, were searching for love without truly knowing themselves.

​

I realized that embracing your authentic self is the key to forming genuine connections. Watching countless success stories, I saw how being true to oneself leads to lasting love.

And I didn't just talk about it—I lived it. Embracing these lessons brought me genuine love and an amazing partner.

For over a decade, I've mentored relationship experts, developed coaching programs for big companies, and helped people find self-awareness and meaningful connections. It’s been an incredibly fulfilling journey, and I’m excited to share it with you.

Meet Loretta Chak, an ICF-accredited, certified professional coach with a decade of experience who is dedicated to enhancing the dating and relationship experience for her clients. With a passion for making the dating journey more enjoyable, Loretta specializes in coaching clients who often find themselves frustrated by the complexities of the dating scene. She does this by encouraging individuals to embrace the process with an open mind (and heart 😉) and view it as an unknown adventure rather than a specific destination.

Loretta works her magic in two very specific phases of dating. Firstly, she works with clients who find the initial stages of dating daunting by helping them rediscover the fun and feel more confident in the process. By helping them see the experience as a valuable opportunity for self-discovery, Loretta empowers her clients to enjoy the journey of connecting with new people while releasing any unnecessary pressure and expectations.

Secondly, she works with those who have progressed beyond the initial dates (but haven’t quite yet reached the “exclusive” status) and find themselves in the overthinking, anxious and uncertain phase. Her goal is to guide her clients towards more ease and detachment from outcomes, naturally leading them to be more present in the process. In this phase, Loretta provides practical tools to navigate the often-overwhelming emotions associated with this very ambiguous stage, reminding individuals to lean into their inherent resilience.
